In this plot, we can examine that as we move closer to the equator, the higher the Cloudiness is.

However, in between -20 and -40 of Latitude, Cloudiness drops approximately to zero. In addition, Cloudiness drops at 20 and 40 of Latitude, but the Cloudiness rises at 60 of Latitude.
