Lower percentage rate in the state (i.e. Utah) have lower health risk, but have higher income at a young age.
However, higher percentage rate in the state (i.e. West Virginia) have higher health risk, but have lower income at a higher age range.
Poverty rate increases as the obesity rate increases.
In addition to poverty rate increases as the obesity rate increases,
higher percentage of obesity rate in each state grows as the age gets older.
